 I have a BFA in Graphic Design from Bob Jones University and an understanding of the execution in UX design from ACSTechnologies. As a UX designer, Empathy, Critical Thinking, and Technology are three key attributes of my design process. I believe that these three attributes that I use in my process of designing applications and experiences will be a great asset to any company and here is why. I utilize empathy by understanding the user’s demands for the application and applying that to the user experience. I use the process of critical thinking to analyze the project at all different angles to ensure the experience is smooth and without kinks. Lastly, I love to use technology to the user’s advantage. I believe that by knowing human habits, I can use technology to give users an easier and faster experience so they can spend less time in front of a screen and more time living their lives.

Key Bank |Cleveland, OH. Remote from Greenville, SC

Contributed to the OYD Team at Key Bank Studio. Pushed the team to have a better System design as well led the creation and management of OYD’s Atomic Design. Led and help user research for OYD’s referral’s project for bankers. Led multiple UX/UI projects to finish for OYD application. Pushed OYD design to more mobile (tablet) then desktop. Took on some of the responsibility and project of the UX Lead when he left.

Led the user experience of the Siloam project makings sure the UX team have a clear view of problems and solutions that needed to be created. Created and standardize a UX process for the UX/UI team at Square Six.

Techtronic Industries (TTI) | Greenville, SC

Led the user experience and overall design of the Australian RYOBI blog’s website, tablet, phone, and mobile. Directly influence growth of the brands of TTI’s user interface, which includes HART, RYOBI, and RIDGID. Create and manage the user interface digital content for the brand’s website as well as the user interface for personal sign up emails. Personally created a certain user experience and interface for the Hart blog pages. 

    Key Accomplishments: 

• Led the completion as well as designed the UX & UI of the site’s blog for the Australian RYOBI site.

• Designed over 100 user interface emails.

UX/UI Graphic Designer Feb. 2020 - Feb. 2021

Tommy Pike Customs | Greenville, SC

Led the recreation and overall user experience and interface of the new Tommy Pike’s website. Lead the research, empathy mapping, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing for the website. Created and managed digital video content for YouTube. Created and deployed SEO strategies for social media networks including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Worked directly with Shell, Quakerstate, and Walmart to create, direct, and manage digital content for their sweepstakes during the pandemic.

 Key Accomplishments: 

• Led a team that outperformed Walmart’s expectation average on the sweepstakes during the pandemic.

ACSTechnologies | Greenville, SC

Learned the responsibilities of a UX designer as well as how to understand and use those skills in user experience. Learned to create mobile, tablet, and website experiences for users. Created and pitched user experience concept for ACSTechnologie’s application, Realm. Presented a redesign of Airbnb mobile and website using material design.
